Licensing Renewal Courses for Water and Wastewater Operators
| If you are interested in utilizing MECC's online licensing renewal courses to renew your operator's license please follow the enrollment process described below to be admitted to the college. After your application for admission is complete and you are given a student ID (SIS ID), please contact Rosa-lee Cooke to make sure you register for the appropriate licensing renewal course.
These courses are continuous enrollment, so you can register and begin at any time!

Apply for Admission to MECC
You may apply online for Admission to MECC. Go to the Admissions page for instructions on how to get started.
Ways to pay for Distance Learning courses:
- Financial Aid: You may complete the Free Application for Federal Student Financial Aid (FAFSA) online. You will complete this during the same time you complete your Admission Application.
- A letter of authorization or a purchase order from the agency willing to pay for the
course.
Contact the Business Office for details on what is needed in the letter of authorization.
Once we have received the letter of authorization, the college will call to inform you that you are ready to begin registering for your courses.
- Students can pay by Mastercard or Visa. We do not accept
American Express or Discover cards. You can pay online with your credit card for immediate payment.
- Students can pay by cash, check or money order. Make payable to MECC. Send payment to:

You must have your payment method verified before you can register for classes. If you register before your Financial Aid, Scholarship, Letter of Authorization, or Check is received by Mountain Empire, you will be administratively withdrawn from the course within two weeks of enrollment.
After Payment is Verified it's time to Enroll in Your Courses
Please contact Rosa-lee Cooke to register for classes. This is to guarantee that you are placed in the appropriate course according to your licensing class.

Once You Are Enrolled It's Time to Begin Classes!
Visit http://water.mecc.edu/license_renewal.htm and click on the appropriate course. ENV195 is created for classes 6-4 and ENV295 is created for classes 3-1. There will be multiple topics for each course, check with your instructor to make sure which class you are registered for.
